Space Pioneer’s Tianlong-3 Rocket Fails Launch, Setback for China’s Internet Satellite Ambitions

China’s Space Pioneer suffered a launch failure of its Tianlong-3 rocket on Friday, a setback for the country’s plan to build internet satellite networks. The 72-metre rocket was designed to rival SpaceX’s reusable Falcon 9, carrying 36 satellites per launch. An anomaly occurred during flight. The company is investigating. NASA Targets 2027 Moon Base, 2028 Nuclear Mars Rocket in Bold Space Roadmap

NASA has unveiled plans to launch a nuclear electric propulsion rocket, Space Reactor-1 Freedom, to Mars by December 2028.
