Imagine a future where the mundane tasks of daily life—laundry, tidying, washing dishes—are handled not by you, but by a capable robotic assistant. That future is a core mission for LG Electronics, and the South Korean tech giant is taking a major step toward it. The company has announced it will unveil its new LG CLOiD home robot for the first time at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, showcasing a tangible product built around its ambitious “Zero Labor Home” vision. This sensor suite enables what LG calls Affectionate Intelligence. The technology allows CLOiD to perceive its environment, navigate intelligently, and interact with users through natural voice commands.
