Humanoid robot turns drummer, plays songs with 90% rhythmic accuracy

Researchers have developed Robot Drummer, a machine learning system that enables a humanoid robot to play entire tracks on a drum kit. The team revealed that the system has been tested in simulation on the G1 humanoid robot from Unitree. Music was translated into a “rhythmic contact chain.”
