Elon Musk’s Starlink connects 22,000 students across Ghana with high-speed internet from space

Starlink is connecting more than 22,000 students across 85 schools in remote areas of Ghana with reliable high-speed internet from space.

With download speeds soaring from under 5 Mbps to over 200+ Mbps, students can now access online learning, unlocking a world of knowledge and possibility

Previously plagued with limited infrastructure and connectivity options, 85 schools in remote Ghana now have access to Starlink.

In collaboration with the non-profit group, Our Future Prize, the Starlink Kits were deployed in Volta, Eastern, Oti and Central regions of Ghana.

With download speeds soaring from under 5 Mbps to over 200+ Mbps, 22,000+ students can now access online learning in mathematics and English, empowering them to pursue their dreams and unlock a world of possibilities that were once out of reach.
